This blog is being created to provide a place where anyone can access the stories of special people in my family tree. I have been putting the information on facebook for several months, but decided that a blog might be a better way to handle the information. What is on facebook will stay there, but what will be added from now on will be found in this blog, and then notification to friends and family will tell them that there is a new post here.
With that, I have 3 new posts to put up here about members of the Meek-Williams family tree. Although each of us would like to know that we have good and wonderful members of the family, going back as far in history as possible, the truth is that there are always some "skeletons in the closet" in every family. Not all members of this family were shining examples to the world, as you will see in some of the posts here, but there is something to be learned about ourselves and our family in every story.
So..... let's begin!
